History and Origins

"Your soup is a dish made of Gori, the small fish that lives in Lake Sakura." It's also a local dish that lives in the heart of Lake North and has spread throughout the province. "The rice bowl was eaten as well as the taste of the home, but in recent years fish catch has been reduced, and Gori is becoming an expensive food. Gori is a member of the Haze, the Haze of Lake Koshi, and in some areas it is also called a lily. Gori is also chosen as one of the fish family representing Lake Kouji. It lives mainly at about five meters deep and has a length of about three centimeters. Unlike other lake fish, they are in the sand, so they have to come out until the sun comes up. It's still the season fish that only takes a very short period of time to arrive in the early summer and early fall. It is characterized by softness and clarity, and it says, "It can be used for a variety of dishes, such as boiling rice, and serving it in spaghetti."

When It Is Eaten

Since Gori's fishing season begins in the first summer and early autumn, fresh Gori food can be eaten only in a short time. However, since the rice bowl is also sold as processed food, it can be bought easily and eaten annually. "Your rice bowl is so delicious that it's popular as a gift."

How It Is Eaten

I'll cook it in a pot, add flavor to it. When you boil, add Gori, and then I will add yams and cook more. Add some garlic and filter the whole soup into it and finish it.

Method

  1. When you boil the pot with sugar, sugar, oil, and wine, you put the soup in the pan and put the palpable with it so that it doesn't kill the gorilla.
  2. When it is boiling, add a rice bowl and boil it in the middle of the fire for 20 minutes.
  3. Add some peppers and pour them around the whole body. I'll filter the soup and finish it.
