History and Origins

A cold bowl of boiling eggs is a regular dish prepared with a beautiful look on its face, a celebration, a Buddhist affair, and any other event that has been decided upon in the past, or at a festival. In the past, eggs were a luxury, so "Buy" was also loved as a food that could be eaten only on special days. The sight of eggs scattered like clouds in the cold red sky was named "Beautiful" because it looked as if it were a thick - looking face and was called by the Lord east of the county. In some parts of the country, "sing" is similar to the Japanese candy bowl in the west, such as Nanjo, and so it goes by the name "sing" as well. In the east, some people eat as snacks because of the sweet taste, and in the west, they are often eaten without having to be able to control the sweetness. These days, besides eggs, they are made with a variety of foods, such as vegetables, soybeans, crabs, and so on.
