History and Origins

It's called a crocodile, but what we're actually eating is a shark. "Fka" is called. There is an ancient word for "miraculus" in the mountain range of the Chugoku region, and the crocodile mentioned in the ancient myth "The White rabbit" is also thought to be the shark. There are records of sharks being brought into this area by Japanese sea traders during the Edo. The sharks have a day in which they are eaten by stabbings for a month or so, and as fishmen of Shimane Prefecture arrived in the late 30s, they were also eaten by their families. During the period when traffic was not developing, fresh fish were difficult to obtain and sharks were valuable in mountain regions far from the sea. Since the smell of Ammonia gets stronger every day, I often eat it in soy sauce to get rid of the smell. Some families ate with sugar soy sauce again. It is eaten mainly at autumn festivals, New Year's and celebrations, and in Third City there are old words of hospitality: "I'll eat the crocodile until it's cold." The sharks that are eaten in northern ZQ114X, which centers on Third City, are about 20 species, but there are sharks, shark, shark, shark, shark, shark, shark, shark sharks, and so on. Those that have different colors of meat and are strong in red are similar to "kew" and have less fat and are soft and light in meat. From that taste, in Third City, sharks were sometimes referred to as "Suyon Bodhi." It's caught all year round, but from autumn to winter is better than being tight.

When It Is Eaten

It was eaten when people were gathered together for the festival, the New Year, the celebration, and so on. It was one of the most important dishes in this region, especially on New Year's Eve. In the past, as the festival approached, "The Torrent City" would be cut and sold everywhere. It's a winter wind poem, for example, that's going to be news at the end of year. Young people don't eat stings much, but older people are still inclined to like stings.

How It Is Eaten

I'll stab the shark in the neck and eat it so that it can get rid of the smell of ammonia. Sometimes I eat with sugar soy sauce. There are other ways of eating such things as stew, fried, fried, boiled, boiled, cooked, smoked, smoked, boiled, boiled in the south, and salted in the crocodile.
