History and Origins
It is said that the name "Sweet" comes from a Hiroshima dialect that means "to mix and mix" and that the region calls it "sing." It was mixed with vegetables such as rice, rice, carrots, black beans, lentils, and so on. It can mix shrimp, fish, and other foods that are cooked or baked, or use other beans, such as lentils, instead of black beans. In different regions and in different times of the day, the materials are different. It was prepared as a meal that could be eaten easily during farm work, but without a bowl, or as a little food for celebration and legal purposes, or as a snack for any food. In Haiku, the Great Taku was eaten on the Day of Life, at his shore in spring, and at the time of his meeting and building houses, it was distributed to the neighborhood in a huge chest. The name comes from the same source, but this is a small fish in the closet, such as Eso and Traze, and we make a sushi with sweet peppers, and we put in them an elephant and the seasonal fish. While Hiroshima's 'Sing' is the recognition that it's a mixture, the loved ones are 'Somi-suke'. Also, in Kochi Prefecture, there is a dish named "snap" in the hair, mixed with boiled root, peas and carrots, and then eaten with a light rock stick.
When It Is Eaten
It can be eaten easily during farm work, or made annually as a nutritious meal, or as an essential food in people's seats, such as celebration, law and meeting. The type of materials was eaten as a product by an odd number of odd numbers, and when we built houses or celebrated special occasions, people in the community acted on the size of their fists.
How It Is Eaten
The dried bowl is cut back into water and the bowl was cut into small pieces, and the rice was chopped into a small piece of rice, and it is served with a steamed pepper and boiled with a sauce. If you cook a little, add carrots and a slice of oil, sugar and soy sauce, and cook until you get soft. Cut the soup and cool it and mix it with cooked rice. Add black beans, and make your stomach ache. In some places, the ingredients vary from season to season, and from boiled or baked fish to cooked fish, and from rice to cooked rice. Besides the materials mentioned above, there are many variations, such as: At the State University of Matsumoto, Japan, School Home Club, we've come up with and publish recipes with lentils.
