History and Origins

The name "Seel" is said to have a similar resemblance to the meat of Miyagi Prefecture people. It's a simple steam pan made of flour, baking powder, black sugar, and water alone. It's a very popular dish, but it's characterized by a strong food response and has a very simple native treat with a sense of hand-craftedness. Besides everyday snacks and snacks, they were eaten to satisfy their stomachs during farm work. It was also eaten well as a child. To use a black sugar bowl, it's called "black cancer" in brown-type steamed bread. In some areas, flour, black sugar, eggs, and so forth, are made from raw materials, soda, vinegar, nuts, Goma, soy sauce, and so on. For this dark, soft black pepper, there is a "white continuing white cancer," such as a molass using white sugar to make milk. Not only Miyagi Prefecture, but also Iwate Prefecture is also eaten as a snack.

Recipe

Ingredients

Method

  1. I'll keep flour and pepper powder together. The black sugar is to be broken into pieces, added water, heated and melted.
  2. The bowl is mixed with a mixture of powdered black sugar juice.
  3. Put it in a container, and make sure the right amount or stain is made.
  4. I'll steam it for about 30 minutes with a steamer. If you don't stick with bamboo to anything, then you'll be steamed up. When it's cold, cut it to size easily eaten. The trick of boiling well is if you put a flap in between the top of the distiller and the top of the water, it will not leak with steam and the top of the pan will be finished.

More About Ganzuki

This is the same thing as the Japanese national product.

It's a cake of flour, chicken eggs, sugar, vinegar, and so forth, made from a steamer, steamed, and placed with the surface of a basket. It was eaten as a daily snack and a snack, to satisfy the belly between farm work. It's made in addition to commercials. So there are different flavors and recipes, and in some areas and at home, you can add a small cut of nut or raw vegetable flowers or a thinnut.

Name

There are several theories about the origin of the name.

It looks like the meat of a chicken. The round shape was placed on the moon, and the attached basket was placed on the moon, and the cast on the moon, which was flying toward the full moon, and they made it "The Moon."

Type

There's a brown, steamy, bready, black, and "white and white," with a strip of wax and a thick white. Both have the same main ingredient for flour, and they make it in the same way when it is boiled, but there are the following differences:

Black sugar continues, white sugar continues, white sugar and milk. We use the cooking soda powder for the black side. This causes it to become steamed bread.

In the late '30s, in northern Miyagi Prefecture, there were also classes of black and white products. It is thought that this will take twice as long as the black one.

There are also candy stores that produce and sell all the other cancers except white.
