History and Origins
In the traditional fishing of the Kumichi Kunobu, from the Kagota area to the southern part of the tribe, the Manbows are sometimes caught. Since people saw you lying between the waves, you'll be called "the sea's dander," but you'll probably still not know your ecology. It's a sense of smell like white fish and chicken honey. Since a manbow loses its body after a long time in the water, it is cooked in a way that boils easily. Since there is a slight lack of food, local people often eat it with a "sympathetic taste" or a "mixed taste." Other small intestines (and some toothy pygmy cicadas) are more sophisticated with upper-nomics and can be eaten as a drink's rarity as a rare delicacy in the taste. In addition, you can taste foods that city people rarely see. In The Cooking Story, published earlier in Edo, Manbo appears in the name "Ambass (and also written by the citrus and the lye) " and shows how to eat it in a recipe, although it may be frosty. It was said to have been a masterpiece from the Mido.
When It Is Eaten
Although a manbow usually has to go to the aquarium, in Toyo districts it is cut into supermarkets and sold at home. Since the fish are caught mainly by fishing nets aimed at burri and other fish, many fish are raised in the winter.
How It Is Eaten
The traditional way of eating is to cut the manbows to the right size, to tear them with your hands, and to boil them without boiling them. If the heat of the maubou cools off, we can make the manbow and the vinegar taste good. Add a sauce to your taste. It's good to have a taste of sour, but in response to recent changes in diets, chicken food has been eaten especially around young people, rather than fish, sea cucumbers, mariels, and sothe.
Recipe — Serves 4
Ingredients
- 400 g マンボウの身
- 3 tsp miso
- 2 tsp white sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- a pinch salt
- 練りからし 好み
Method
- The manbow cuts to the right size and splits with the hand. I'll boil it in a lot of hot water and let it go inside. I'm forced to raise my spirits.
- White peppers, sugars and vinegar combine to make vinegar. I taste it and I like it.
- If the mambas are cold, we can mix the manbows and the vinegar flavors together.
- Add the paste as your preference.
- If you want to make it quiet, keep your heart warm. If it cools down, put it in a stirrup, put it there, and then put it in a suit of warm water. I don't want to be like that.
