History and Origins
The citrus juice is a local citrus from ancient times, and the tools to be put in it vary from home to family. In lovemaking, they grow wheat as a lining for rice; they use rice as an annual harvest; and they taste it as a meal. Many of the farm's unique products were also called the country's taste. There are other taste buds mixed with rice and beans, "Autosaki." Of these, the taste buds are used more and more frequently, so they have a high taste of garlic and are characterized by a sweeter smell and a more elegant sweetness than other taste buds. Also, flour is rich in fiber and protein, and can be expected to have such effects as cholesterol control, arteriosclerosis, infarction of the brain, and prevention of heart infarction.
When It Is Eaten
The citrus juice is eaten year after year because it can be made easily. The taste and smell of sweet-sour flour enhances the flavor of the materials. In recent years, there has also been a sale of instant yucca. The flour is used not only in the taste of rice, but also in many dishes, such as one of the local dishes, "tofu" and rice and sticky vegetable salads.
How It Is Eaten
We put ingredients, such as carrots, cucumbers, lily potatoes, seasonal vegetables, tofu, and so on, and cook with the soup. When the material is cooked, add some flour. Since boiling makes taste and nutrition less expensive, the point is that you do not boil back and put in a taste bowl just before eating.
