History and Origins
"The moon's bowl is a product of the Yamanashi Prefecture grapes, which took a long time to collect white honey in one of the grains of the Tutankhan State, and white honey in one of them. The sticky honey, the sweetly loosened food, and the unique sour sour sourness of "Calcoal" combines to form an exquisite combination. It is thought that the "Calcoal" has a skin thick enough to withstand the heat of honey and that the moderate acidity is suitable for this sweet. "The moon's cobs were boiled in a Japanese sweet shop in Edo and Kofu City, and a nearby grapes fell down and it was said to have been frozen and hardened. You can see that the guide book The Personal Guide to the Cosmonics, published around the end of Edo, has already been known as the Ch'in of the state, including "The Moon's Luxury" being sold in a few candy stores and "The Moon's Sun's Wings are being painted as "The Great Sun" as "The Great Sun" and "The Great Sun's Sun."
When It Is Eaten
It's limited to late September to December and the next March, since only fresh grapes are used.
How It Is Eaten
Put sugar and water into the bowl and heat it with a fire, and mix it in until the sugar melts. The big bubbles become small bubbles, and heat them to about 112 degrees or 14 degrees, and they produce a viscosity that pulls the thread, so it cools down from the fire, until the bowl is 40 degrees below water. When it's cold, you'll have the moon's chrysanthemum. Put the fondue on a hot plate set at 200 degrees, melt it, lower the temperature to 160 to 180 degrees, and place the long-cut grapes on a pinset, and pull out the fondue sheet into the bat. If it's cold, I'll cut off the axis.
Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 kg sugar
- 360 ml water
- 1 kg cousteau
Method
- Put sugar and water into the bowl and heat it with a fire. Until it's finished, it's still burning.
- I gently mix the bowl until the sugar melts.
- The big bubbles are gradually becoming small bubbles. If you heat it up to 112 degrees or 14 degrees, it will give you enough viscosity to pull the thread, so it'll get off the fire.
- Put the bowl down immediately, and cool it until it reaches 40 degrees.
- When it's cold, the bowl will be pulled out of the water, sawed, and packed with strength. The saw will become hard enough to hold the saw, but if you press harder and quickly, the soft moon's chroform will be completed.
- Cut the axis of the vine one grain at a time.
- We can put the fondue in a pot and put it on a hot plate set at 200 degrees. When it melts, the temperature is reduced to 160 to 180 degrees, and the vine axis is pulled out by a pinset, and the bat plate is placed on a box. If it's cold, we'll cut the long axis.
