History and Origins
The black peas in the mountain are said to be the best quality in the black beans, large grains, sugary, and black beans due to the high temperature of the day and day. It's very nice to have a small grain that's too sweet and so hard to break. On the farm, they say that while they grew them for shipping, they used the fields to grow black peas for eating themselves. This was made on the road and with unloaded black peas, which were made for children and rice plants. The Black Bean rice was presented to the god of Tada at the June "The Black Bean" event. I made rice pads for rice and rice paddy for rice and rice. It is said that the smell of both the simple leaves and the flower tree was such that the insects were reluctant to smell it that the wish was: "Let the rice grow without insects."
When It Is Eaten
In the past, at the "Sweeting and Early Open" event, they prayed to the God of the Tata in June for growth, saying that they would round up their freshly prepared black beans and wrap them in shallow leaves and give them to their gods and fields. Although this tradition is losing ground, today black beans rice is still cooked in rice, celebration, and legal matters.
How It Is Eaten
The black beans are soaked overnight in water, put them back in the soup, and put them in the soup and water together for more than half an hour. As soon as we cook, we mix salt and wine together and taste it, and cook with black beans. The rice cooks the black pea pigments melt out and makes a very purple meal. (And there are ways to either roast the black pea in an iron pan instead of placing it in water, or cook it in a microwave oven for about three minutes.) I sometimes mix vinegar with cooked black beans and eat it as a pink black bean sushi. And when it comes to the celebration, we eat it with a "white steam" to finish the meal with white.
