History and Origins

"The Chijii" from Yamaguchi Prefecture is one of the native dishes eaten on the day of Hare, including the Cemetery. It's a soup made of chicken and chicken, and the dish name "sew" means chicken. It's a dish that makes the host's heart rejoice. Once upon a time, when inviting guests, it was customary to offer them rice, soup, vinegar, and a recipe made of boiling water, and to act on wine after a light meal. It is said to have been a part of the wine bowl that was lined up with seams, vinegars, white peppers and other items, such as bowls of fish, stews, and souvenirs.

When It Is Eaten

It has been served as a food for hospitality, at the wedding ceremony and when invited guests.

How It Is Eaten

After the chicken is served with boiling water and a smell, it is cut to a small size and boiled with boiling sauce made from water and steam and sugar. Next, add a bowl and then take it out after it has a taste. Put a sponge in there, and boil it down and let it go. The spring rains are rainy, and the flowers are water-free and the flowers are back. The ingredients can be added to the boiling soup and served with water, as much as a inhaler. I'll put a flower bag in and add a taste and then take it out and make some soup. I then add the tools to the bowl with a fine paste and cool it. You can enjoy the flavor of the season with the skin of Yuzu and the leaves of the mountain. Sometimes we use it as a substitute for spring rain.
