History and Origins

From school meals to all parts of the county, the dish that became the soul food of the people of Yamaguchi Prefecture. A little chicken fried and fried fish are mixed with sweet tadpoles and are popular with the children when they eat together. It was around 1995 that the primary school's nutrition instructor said, "The food recipe is chanricated," and he asked for the original food from each family. It was created from the recipe that was drawn there. At that time, the name " chicken chicken" was also given so that rhythm would attract children. I hear that you've got an interest in food, you've got concern for allergic children, and you've got an easy nickname for what you're using. Tastes are the sweets of sugar and soy sauce and children are loved by adults as well as by adults. The chicken that has been fried is delicious, and it is delicious to add the flavor of your fish and the flavor of your vegetable, and the flavor of the beans in which it is made is delicious. It spreads to the home through meals, and then is one of the local folk food passed on to the city by word of mouth and is becoming a future local dish.

When It Is Eaten

It's served as a menu for home cooking, meals, and restaurants.

How It Is Eaten

Cut the chicken into small pieces, add salt pepper to it, and keep the dough in place. The bladder is to be stripped of its skin, cut into five-millimeter strips, and kept in water. The branch beans are boiled and cut down on water. To make a bowl, the flavors of sugar, soy sauce, wine, garlic, and so forth, are boiled together to make a tip. Oil up chicken and rice, add branch beans, and make fun of the tip. There's also a variety of local food, such as "bought chicken" instead of fish, and whale meat with whale meat, and " tonton-ton-toes" with pork and rencon, and the delicious flavor of the tadpole is not changed.

History

According to the Yamaguchi City and local grand-year-old assembly, the nutrition lessons at Yamaguchi City elementary school in 1995 were so sad that the school feeding menus were Mannile, that they asked for the original food for each child's household, and one of the recipes presented at that time was designed by grandmother Kuichita Yae. The cooking itself started around 1980, and it's not certain whether someone taught it or Kunada himself. But it was popular with grandchildren who didn't like raw vegetables stews.

When I presented it as a school food, the child was so popular that the nutrition instructor suggested that Yamaguchi City be used as an application to Yamaguchi City, and this was being adopted in other schools, and it was spreading by word of mouth from home to town.

It became known as "Sweet Food in the Mountain" and the restaurant was in full swing until "Child Chicken" was held.

About the name.

Kunada Yasseye himself didn't name the dish, but his son's wife, Naoko, applied for it by name. According to the Great Age Assembly, it is Naoko's idea to repeat a chicken twice when she proposes a recipe.

As a result, this nameing is said to be "symbols and attract children." Also, names that can identify the food used for school meals are important for children and guardians to take an interest in food, and for children with allergies to be more careful with.

Arange.

Chicken chicken chow, in the cafeteria of the FSI FEE, they offer the goubows as a "China chicken chicken chow" that they have replaced with local traditional rock country Remcon. The whale whale was replaced with whale meat. It's provided on September 4th, for example, for "Flight Day." I used to change chicken into pork and gobous into rencon.
