History and Origins

The mountain near Kanazawa City, once flourished as a castle town, is now known as this citadel's home. Kanazawa City has built up an inner-river area and a gold castle district, and has made it available to the city as a "pega vegetable." It is said that the Edo was transmitted during the time of the rule. It has its own unique sweetness and its unique body and its ability to twist. In the year 2 of Shoichi and in 1933, this cannery was built. One of the best dishes of all is "The Great Snack of China." This is a simple dish that boils with the juice from which it comes. That relationship also allows a large amount of cloth from Kanazawa City with Hokkaido. There is also this story, and it turns out that "The Woodscrew" is a dish made of two traditional ingredients.

When It Is Eaten

The Kanazawa City kite is shipped annually from late April to mid May. There is a period of "head years" and "back years," and the former is a year of fertility, and the latter means a year of failure. This year is coming in turn. Still, the output in the county is said to be about 1,000 tons in the first year and about 600 tons in the second year. The daub of Kanazawa City is responsible for most of the output in the state, and has a lot of local opportunities. The "Kinji" is a favorite dish in the home.

How It Is Eaten

For anything that is prepared beforehand, put it back in water and cut it to the right size before boiling it with sieve oil and garlic. When cooking, using the citrus sauce, it makes a rich taste and delicious. Also, freshly picked young ducks can be eaten well even if they are raw.
