History and Origins
Since northern Iwate Prefecture is a cold climate and rice is hard to grow, we have continued to produce gris, awa, and abreasts in harsh conditions. This leads to a large number of dish-sized dishes being produced, and "sniff" with florida is one of them. A man who ruled here during the Edo had a time when farmers had banned the eating of the little pieces, as it was difficult and expensive to cut them. They made a conch-shaped dumplings out of stilts and kept eating. The cook's name "Dai" and "Dai" is said to come from the form of food and that "steak" comes from the forbidden "law."
