History and Origins
"Screw-boiled" is a dish soaked in rice and fish. It's mostly packed in the southern province. In the past, during the harvest season of October, the second rice from the New England was made in each household as a winter meal. Akita Prefecture contains many traditional vegetables and many kinds of products. It is famous for its "swiftness" style, which features the" flaying style, but there is the "spoken" of Yuzawa City, which is still growing in its traditional form, despite being pushed by many other improved species. Both have a bright blue color and a ply color, and it is characteristic of the tight inside. The pulp and the scalp are solid, so even if you store salt, they are valued for their long-term storage "mixed chicken."
