It originally came from Hokkaido, and was named for "sitting" by "sitting" by "sitting" and was originally based on Yamagata Prefecture. The name "scarlet" remains in the Inn. In the interior, it is valued as a special dish to eat at celebration and festival.
When It Is Eaten
The traditional dinner of Hare's day, important enough to fit in with "red rice" on New Year's Eve, or on a festival. They say some families serve tea because it's delicious even when it's cold.
How It Is Eaten
"Cooky" takes two to three days in water, then slowly returns it, and boils it until the bones become soft, so that you can enjoy the soft, pluripotent colagen and dust softness. Because of the high gelatinity, when the soup cools, it will produce a "knit" and it will match the rice. It's better to return the big one and taste better instead. But since it is difficult to get the big ones back home, fish shops and others will sometimes be unable to return water, pack and boil them up.)
