History and Origins

It's called "Ninkino beans," and it's said that it reached Japan around the time of Edo. The Chiba Prefecture flower grower is said to have been started by Mr. Mizunaga of Yamamura's rural village, in the year nine years after Iseshima, to be able to buy seeds from the Middle-Sun village of Kanagawa Prefecture3Z. Today, 80 percent of the country's crop of native flowers is made up of Chiba Prefecture. Generally, they often roast and boil and eat as they do, but farmers have invented "practical flavour" as a way to use non-marketed fallen flowers. And since the flower flower is rich in nutrients such as fat and protein, it is now highly prized as a food preserver and native food. When a fresh flower is still available, there are not many families that make a "Dustruist" with their favorite flavor. It'll also be served at school meals and sold in supermarkets and so on. It'll be well-known. The "mone" piled up to dry out the exhumed flower is a autumn wind poem.

When It Is Eaten

The harvest of the flower flowers is generally done in September through November, but the "Founds" that can be made to prepare them last longer can be eaten for a long time. As a regular vegetable, we are eaten at our daily table, by rice and tea.

How It Is Eaten

It's made at home, and it tastes different because each household uses its favorite flavor. They're fed on rice, on tea, and even as a snack for wine. Depending on how you eat, you can enjoy changing the amount of flavors, such as taste buds and sugar. If you don't like sweetness, you can put it in a little sugar, then twist it, and adjust it. It will be less sweet and delicious.
