History and Origins
XOita Prefecture. The reason for this is in an old-fashioned eating culture. In Oita Prefecture, where the platform is developing, there were many lands that were not suitable for rice. Once the waterways have been maintained everywhere, the growing of wheat from fields will develop. From there, flour was used in cooking, and it became a local treat and local food. "Transcendence" is an old-fashioned native sweet of the Isle of Sadie Island, on the west end of the Seto Inland Sea. Princess Island is about 20 minutes away from Iseshima Port. In one of the myths recorded in the Old Testament, "The Birth of the Nation" and "The Child of the Child" (only the husband's death) the woman's island is reported to be on this island. In the area around Shiba, Japan, where the sea is threatened, it is a fine fishing ground for Thailand, octopuses, car shrimps, and squirms. In the sead island, when rice grew up, flour and poppy were made better in place of it. It's a handy bastard built in such an environment. The "Transcendence" that has become so familiar in the village of Shireshima will gently crush the rice and plant the dough, while half the flour will be ground into a skin. The rest of the tadpole is covered with sugar. Since you don't need to do the steaming work, you can shorten the cooking time. So, if you're in a hurry, you're like, "Oh, I'm off! It's so easy to make "" that it's said that it came to be called "Transcendence." In the past, the fact that every house had a bowl of hot water was one of the reasons why it soon came to pass.
When It Is Eaten
When I had a quick visitor, I was often made up as a child. I don't have many opportunities to make them at home now.
How It Is Eaten
First of all, boil the rice and divide it into skin and for a sample. For leather, it is heated with a strong powder. Add sugar and salt for a day. Covering a cane in leather and then eating it after the last kiss.
Recipe — Serves 12
Ingredients
- 1 kg sweet potato
- 80 g bread flour
- 300 g sugar
- a pinch salt
- 50 g kinako (roasted soybean flour)
Method
- Cut the skin out of the crumbs, cut the thickness of a half an inch thick, put it in the water.
- Put it in a pot and wash it slightly smaller than the water that you picked.
- When the popper becomes soft, cut the juice and make it soft, and then crush it in the pot.
- We divide it into two groups and take out half.
- I'll stick a little bit of strong dust into the remaining pot. If you try to keep white dust from leaving, you put a fan on and fire a strong powder with extra heat.
- I'll add sugar and salt to the top of the stick. I'll make a jar and divide it into 10 sections.
- I'll cover ten of the snacks in the pot with a tenth grader and a nice vase.
- I'm going to take the shape and make the kite.
