It became popular, and then came to be offered in various stores in the city. Today, it is known nationwide as Nagasaki's Milk Seiki.
When It Is Eaten
For a while after the birth, every store provided only the hot season with the Longsaki Milk Saki. It became a masterpiece of Nagasaki, and was always provided, regardless of the tourist's request. Since basic recipes are easy to make, even homes are often made and eaten.

Method
- Put egg yellows, milk, milk, sugar, Vanillassens in a container and mix them up well.
