History and Origins
The tributaries, the tributaries above the stream, the largest river and Ono rivers below the state, and the Oita Prefecture contains 585 clean streams, one of which brings the region a blessing. Ayu was particularly prized as a valuable source of protein in the mountain regions. In the river area, there are a lot of ayu dishes and a lot of Japanese restaurants. There's a "can't" dish that's established in the river area. "Can I do it?" means salt. Using a yu from clean streams such as tributaries and Ono rivers, it was created "I'm sorry." There are three types of "can": "can you be?" "Can you be?" "Can you be?" "Can I be a child?" and "can I be?" How can you wear each: a fresh ayu or an internal organs "can you?" (2) Can I have a baby? Three: Only Ayu's internal organs "can be" It's a feature of the book. For Oita Prefecture, "Is it possible?" often refers to "can it be?" They may be using internal organs, and many prefer the unique bitter and bitter taste of "Can I get it?" Ayu was created as one of the means of preservation because it was taken at a limited time. It is said that there is a effect of removing the stomach for fermented foods, and that it has long been highly prized for stomach pain, such as stomach pain.
When It Is Eaten
Between July and August, when the egg season is reversed, it is delicious to store nutrients for the body. Using fresh ayus from this period, I was able to create luxury "sing" and valued it as a food preserve. I used to make "I'm going to go to the home" even though it took me so much longer to make it, now I have less opportunities to make it at home. You can buy it at local souvenir stores or direct stores.
How It Is Eaten
Fresh ayu's body and internal organs are made into minch with knives and add salt to mature for about a week. You can use it on various scenes, such as on hot rices, on liquor bowls, and as flavorings. When you mix salt with salt, it tells you that a chopsticks made of oak wood will encourage an extract and produce a delicious "can".
