History and Origins

The big difference with conventional tofu is the sense of food and the soft motivation. There's also a bright glow like a pudding. It is common to serve it as a side dish with soy sauce, but if you have black honey or other soft powder, you can enjoy it as a healthy sweets too. "Tofu tofu" comes from crushing the beans in water with stone mills, boiling them in pressure bowls, and calling them citrus. It is said that this name was named because of its use of soy sauce. There's also the theory that it's because it's tofu from a country called Wu in China. Although there are many theories about the birth of a baby, at the beginning of the Shoichi season, a Narita tofu shop visited Nagasaki to buy peas, heard and learned how to make tofu from Chinese. There's also the rumor that the old sushi shop in Nagoya was spread into town because in the year 4th year of Hirohito, the grandmother of a sushi shop was taught how to make it from the Chinese in Nagasaki, and was able to provide it in a sushi shop.
